The exciting news...

Mommy was able to instal the Olympus program into the new MacBook Pro but its set up a little different so mommy is trying to figure it all out.

But the exciting news that we wanted to share with you is that the reason that mommy's new boyfriend bought her the MacBook Pro is because he said that she needs a reliable computer for her new business! Thats right, my mommy will have her online business up and running by the end of March 2010! She will be selling her hand made crafts/beadwork.

Here is a photo of a bell that she made and will be selling others like it on her web site:

And here is a picture of a Swarofski bracelet that my mommy made too:

My mommy took it one step further and decided to name her online business after me! she is caling it "Coco Bean Inspirations" (Coco Bean is my full name). She says that I inspire her to do things that she had forgotten she loved so very much.

So what do you all think?

RIP Mr. Computer....

My mommy's computer (AKA the bloggy machine) has been on the fritz for a little over a month now. It was acting up so much that I have not been able to blog or even visit all of your wonderful bloggy's. Sadly, the hard drive which my mommy described as the "brain of the computer" took a BIG OL' POOBLE and that's why it hasn't been working.

Mommy gave her computer to a REALLY nice man in the IT department at her work and he has been working on it diligently trying to fix it. We are hoping that he will have it up and running within the next few days so that it is well enough to allow me to come visit you all and to share all the new photos that we have taken (there has been lots of pictures). Although it might be fixed enough for me to update my bloggy a little bit, since the hard drive poobled, this does mean that my mommy needs to look into getting another computer.

Me and my sisters miss you all SO much. please keep your dew claws crossed that the Jewish Santa Claws helps my mommy pick out a fully functioning & reliable computer for Hanumas (Hanukkah + Christmas)!

Truffle Update!

Trufie is almost back to her normal jumping self...she was trying to jump onto the sofa when mommy got home...she's acting like nothing ever happened which is great considering the day mommy broght her home anytime we tried to kis her or mommy tired to touch her Truffle would snap at us.

Mommy got some really cute clothes rom us at the Pure Country Pet Boutique. We got this really soft purple sweater...It is a turtle neck and has little back leg loops to keep our butts from getting cold. Since Truffle isnt cooperating as a model right now, I took the honors of modeling this super soft adn warm sweater for Truffie. The sweater is a little big on me because Truffle is larger than me; so pleae bear with me.
In this picture you can see the nice folding turtle neck design tha tkeeps our little necks warm and the perfectly sized sleaves. they keep my little legs and neck perfectly warm. A very neet feature about this sweater is the backleg loops. This is what they look like: For those of us that wear clothes, we know how frustratingit is to have a sewater that is supposed to keep our little butts warm but doesnt because it keeps creaping up leaving our little back end exposed adn our humans to constantly fix our sweaters. The leg loops (and dont you like how i sensored my photo with my tail) keep the buttom of the sweater in place while we play and sleep!

Here is a photo of how well the leg loops keep the sweater in its place (protecting our little butt from getting cold) Here is a close-up photo of the pretty design on the sweater: Grandma bought my cousin Abbie the same sweater. Here are Abbie and I hanging outin the breakfast area wearing our matching sweaters! This is just another photo of how well the sweater fits and stays in place on us.

And Godiva Got this SUPER cute Pink furry jacket

The camera on mommy's battery died, so we will nmto be able to post the pictures of Godiva's jacket untill tomorrow

Mystery of Truffle Revealed...

Tessa got it right! Truffie's home and she had a rough day of surgery...She got spayed and she had some of her baby teethes removed.
Mommy came home and had Truffie with her! We were only allowed to to sniff her and then mommy put her in her bed which she put in the playpen...Truffie was acting weird...she made funny grunting noises and looked goofy! (the scratch on her neck is from Godiva during a wrestling break)We woke her up for these pictures...she was REALLY tired but she let mommy take a picture of her booboo
The doctors decided that there was no need to fix her belly button. the doctors said that it isn't and wont become a problem. Mommy thinks her belly button is cute..it looks like a little button!
Truffie is tired so were going to let her go back to sleep. Thank you for all of your help!

Somethin's up...and i need your help!

Mommy got up at an ungodly hour this morning (5:00am) and took Truffle for a ride in the car...

So, now i gotta ask...were in the heck did Mommy take my sister Truffle that early in the morning and WHY the heck didn't she take me and Godiva? We always go for rides in the car together!

Can you help me solve this mystery? i would really appreciate all of your ideas (just like the time you all helped me solve the mystery of my missing piggy)

A great book i had to share with you...

Hi friends,

Only once in the year and a half that Coco Bean has had a blog have I ever taken over; But I was given the opportunity to read a new book that just came out called “DOGTOWN: Tales of Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Redemption” and I really wanted to share it with all of you.
Dogtown is a no kill shelter in Utah for Misfit and traumatized dogs, puppies rescued from puppy mills and war-zone trauma cases. The workers here truly believe in second chances for animals who never really got a fair first chance at life. This book tells the story of 15 dogs whom were abandon, abused, &/or badly injured and how the dedicated staff at Dogtown was only able to rehabilitate them but re-home them too. Each story shows the powerful bond that the trainer/owner has with the dog whom they work(ed) with as they each tell their story from their point of view.

The first chapter is about “Georgia”, a beautiful Staffordshire Terrier (Pitt Bull) whom was rescued from Michael Vis’s home. We all know who Vic is and how horrible it was that he did what he did, but Georgia’s story is amazing and heartwarming.

The stories about dogs that required special training because they showed signs of aggression, gave examples of training techniques that were simple enough for anyone to be able to practice at home with their dog(s). Not only does the book explain how to work with these techniques, but it also explains why it works and what it is teaching your dog(s).

Each story is inspirational, heartwarming and touching in its own way and no two stories are alike. I am not an avid reader, but I was able to finish this book within one week of receiving it. By the end of the first story you are able to believe that there is no such thing as a “bad dog” only dogs that need a little extra love and devotion. These unbelievable stories will not only put a smile on your face but will stay with you long after you finish reading this book.

This book is available wherever books are sold and would make a wonderful gift book this upcoming holiday season. It is even small enough to be a stocking stuffer! A portion of the proceeds will go to Best Friends Animal Society

Princess Coco, Lady Godiva & Truffle are going to give their Grandma one from the holidays!

If you would like to learn more about DogTown, please click HERE.

Thank you for letting me share a wonderful book with you.

Hugs,

LeeTal - The Mommy

Mommy's Little Angels

Mommy was having a rough day yesterday. She said that nothing was going right yesterday evening and she broke down and cried. I don't know why because me and my little sisters were being good girls, but for some reason, my mommy was really sad.

Me Truffle, & Godiva didn't like seeing our mommy like this so we wriggled into her lap and smothered her with puppy kisses. I gave Truffle the task of licking mommy's face while Godiva licked mommy's feet and i kept pushing my stuffie into mommy's hand(s). Within seconds mommy hugged Truffle tightly while truffle frantically licked mommy's salty face and Godiva tickled mommy's toes. Mommy quickly stopped being sad and told us that we are her "Little Angels"

Godiva and Truffle jumped onto the to take a nap. Godiva went through her usual ritual of holding down Truffle's head and sucking/licking/chewing on her ears. Yea, you read right...Godiva sucks/licks/chews on Truffles ears and that is how they fall asleep (every single night). Here are the photos to prove it:
This was no big deal because they cuddle with each other all the time, but then i did something that mommy NEVER expected would happen...I cuddled with them! Normally i ONLY cuddle with humans and i refuse to share a bed with my little sisters, but for some reason...last night, i just felt like cuddling with my sisters. I guess that after i saw how hard they tried to make my mommy happy, i decided that they aren't so bad after all...anyway, here are the pictures to prove that i cuddled with the little rascals (we were actually touching). So my friends, don't forget to hug your human. Even when they are perfectly happy, It's our kisses and tail wiggles that keep them smiling. We are all our humans angels!

Family Fun...

Today i got5 to go with my mommy to Grandma & Grandpa's house to meet my cousin Abbie for the first time! I had heard so much about her and seen so many pictures of her that i was REALLY excited.

I got to go for a fun ride in the car: Grandpa is one of my favorite people in the world so for the first 5 minutes i followed him around because i love giving him kisses on his mustache! Here is a picture of me chasing Grandpa (he had food in his hands) and my cousin Abbie following right behind me: Abbie wasted no time showing me what it is like living with my grandparents...This is a picture of Abbie showing me that she likes to attack Grandpa's slippers (even while he is wearing them) just like i always attack my mommy's left slipper (but i don't do it while she is wearing them):
I have a reputation for being a very good girl and have even been called civilized many times; I am very careful to uphold this reputation by making sure that i am always very careful not to overstep my boundaries when meeting other dogs. I am never aggressive and always wait for the other dog to to take the initiative when they are comfortable with playing...Abbie however, waisted NO time at all! It was about 8 minutes after i walked in the door that she gave me the paw and started chewing on my ears and biting my butt!

Here is a photo of Abbie giving me the paw which was her way of saying "Hey cousin Coco! Lets play!": From that point on, it was non stop bitey-face! Here are some photos of our bitey-face: Let me tell you...those teethes are SHARP! But we were non stop bitey-face for a couple of hours straight and i was pooped-out! Grandma said that i could take a nap in Abbie's bed, but the little rascal wouldn't let me rest. Here is a picture of her pouncing on me when i was trying to rest:
Grandma said that "Abbie sure found her voice" and if Grandma was referring to Abbie's barking than OMD she sure has a set of lungs on her! here is a video of me and Abbie playing and her "finding her voice"

Here is another video of me and Abbie playing bitey-face (please excuse my mommy and Grandma talking in the background. Grandma was worried that Abbie was being too rough with me):

After all that we had dinner and i showed Abbie how to be a good girl and to sit in her bed while the humans ate at the dining table and enjoyed this beautiful Apple cake that my Grandma made.

Here we are sitting in the bed like good girls: Well, I was good...Abbie chewed on my tail... this is the Apple Pie that Grandma made: After all that excitement Abbie was just as tired as i was and she crashed out on the sofa next to my Grandpa. I was pretty tired too so mommy and i went home so that i could share all these pictures with all of you and to tell my sisters about Abbie and how much fun we had!
Thanks for letting me share my Day of Family Fun with you! I hope you had as much fun reading about it and seeing the photos as i had today!

Todays Events...

Today i will do things as i have never don them here on my bloggy...Today i will update you every hour or two on this posting...

I knew I was going to have an interesting outting when mom gout out my dress looked out the window and didnt put my new shoes in her purse (thank goodness!). We left home at 7:45am and i was a total good girl on the way to work and i didnt get car sick.

Got to work at 8:05am today. and mommy set up my bag under her desk with a weeble pad and a bowl of water.

9:15 - My first visitor was a super nice lady named Karen who came into my mommy's ofice. I really liked Karen. I jumpped onto her lap, rolled over and exposed my cute Princess belly to her for belly rubs and gave her lots of Coco kisses!
10:45am - Then another really nice lady named Cristine came to visit me. Cristine was also very nice and she brought mea tennsi ball! HOW COOL IS THAT!? Cristine told me how cute i am several times and also gave me lots of petting, and loves! Cristine had a great idea and told my mommy that i should get lots of Coco cookies becasue i'm such a good girl. But Mommy just laughed. Can you believe that!? Someone suggested that i should get lots of Coco Cookies and my mommy laughed! Personally, i think that mommy should take Cristine's advice and give me lots of Coco Cookies (on a regular basis i might add)...what do you think?

1:10pm - Karen came back to visit me and she brought another co-worker named Kristine (a different) Kristine and she said tahti was pretty too! i took turns sitting on Karen and Kristines laps, and i gave them lots more kisses. They styed and visited with me and my mommy for a whole hour just socalizing and saying how good of a girl i am! i got a little tired so mommy picked me up and i crawled inside of her jacket and took a 20 minute nap. 2:40pm - Mommy decided that it was lunch time so she shut her office dor and we palyed with the tennis ball:
All of a sudden there was a knock at the door...It was Karen and she came to play with me! Iwas super excited when Karen picked me up and then she started taking me away...i didnt mind because i really like Karen. Karen took me into the office next to my mommy's. This lady is named Ann. Ann played with me and gave me a stuffie of Winnie the Pooh to play with and then Ann picked me up and took me into another office. Mom was totally freaking out that she was going to get into trouble for beinging me to work becasue this third office belongs to a nam named Ray and he is one of the VP's of the company! He was on a conference call but got totally excited when he saw me and got down on his knees and wresled with me! Ray and Ann were TOTALLY cool and i gave them lots of Coco Kisses!

It is now 3:36pm and i am totally pooped out from all this excitement so i am going to go back under my mommy's desk and take another nap. 4:19pm - Karen just came into my mommy's office and said that she is leaving for the evening. I of course got right out of my bed to say hello even though i wasnt moving very fast becasue i am so incredibly tired from all this excitement.

"Hey mommy...Why does Karen get to go home and we arent going home too?" I dont know how mom does all this work stuffs...why isnt she tired like me? Mom promised me that we get to go home in 40 minutes
Now, i dont knmow much about telling time but i know that when mommy said that there was only 40 minutes left it didnt sound like much time so i jumpped right into my purse when mommy moved it to the middle of her office and waited patiently...Sure enough...40 minutes went by really quickly and before i knew it, i was in the car and falling asleep on my way home froman exausting day of working... Hope you enjoyed seeing pictures of my first day at work with my mommy!
