411 on Truffle

Mommy was up with Truffle until 4:30 this morning!

We put an ice pack on the bottom of her crate and her blankie on top of it. at 6:30am this morning Mommy took Truffle to go potty but Truffle just wanted to sleep. So i helped mommy bring her to the kitchen and Truffle went potty. She then turned around and started headed for her crate and mommy grabbed her to take her temperature..Thank goodness it had dropped down to just over 102.5

So mommy went about her way getting ready for this afternoon (she had big plans for me) and after she brushed her teeth and came out of the bathroom, Truffle was not in her crate anymore and she wasn't in the the kitchen or living room either. Mommy was in a total panic asking me "Coco wheres Truffle, Find Truffle" But i was tired from being up with mommy all night playing Nurse so i was kinda confused as to what she was telling me...

"Are you serious mom!? I'm tired and you stress too much""Follow me, I'll show you where she is and you don't have to look far."

Now, for those of you that don't know...what you are about to see is not normally allowed in my house. You see, my bed is just that...MINE. Mommy has trained Truffle and Godiva to not go into my bed. It is where i go when i need to get some quiet time away from the puppies so this was the last place mommy was going to look.

As of right now, Truffle's temperature has stayed normal and she is no longer shaking. She has perked up a little bit but still prefers to stay calm and quiet. Her appetite is back up and she is drinking lots of water. We think that she somehow caught the doggy flu or something.

On another note, I had mentioned in a past blog entry about a bobcat that mommy had as a pet for 18 years and on my special outing i got to meet my grandma and grandpa for the first time! They were really cool and kept giving me cookies kisses and hugs. But in Grandma's office there was a picture of my mommy with Flash (the infamous bobcat) so we took a picture of the photo and here it is...Mommy was in 8th grade when this picture was taken.

Thank you for all your help, prayers, warm wishes and vibes...you really helped my mommy, me and Truffle get through last night. I just hope she perks back up to her normal hyper self soon.
