"Anything that can go wrong will go wrong"
First...my ears decided to break (again). they aren't the beautiful over-sized satellite's that stood tall on my head like they used to. not they are floppy and i dont understand why. I was told that they would do this floppy thing while i am teathing but that it would stop when i was one year old but here i am...14 months old and they insist on flopping.
so, mommy did some research and read that breeders tape small pieces of paper to the ears of Chihuahua's to help them stand up straight...this is the result of that...
That didn't last too long (about 15 seconds) because mom couldn't stand the though of tape on my delicate ears.
Then (as if things couldn't get any worse) mom decided that she is going to take me to work with her tomorow for half the day. Normally this would be a totally cool thing, but because they always have the air conditioning on full blast she didn't want me to get cold so she got some brilliant idea to get me shoes/slippers to keep my feet warm.
Yea...well, here is a video of how that idea turned out, and please excuse my mom laughing like a hyena in the back ground.
I just don't think that there is any dignity in the dog world anymore my friends. Do your humans make you wear silly things too?
Ill post tomorrow about my day at my mommy's office (and I'll let you know if she decides to make me wear these stupid shoes too).

Oh Coco, I feel for you! The things we have to put up with our humans at times.
I think your ears look cute, floppy or upright =) And your little shoes are cute, though I must say that they're quite uncomfortable...Mom made me try some dog shoes on one time, I blatantly refused to walk in them so in the end she gave up on the idea. LOL!

Coco, that's okay about your floppy ears, floppy ears are cute!! Chewy's ears stood straight up before he teethed, but once he did, they flopped down and have never gone back up (except sometimes when he's sleeping, strange!!) and he looks just adorable with those floppy ears, just like you! And I'm sorry, but I just had to laugh watching the video of you in those torture devices, I hope your Mom doesn't make you wear them today!
Aw, hope you are better soon! Meanwhile, yes, once when I had a hot spot, I had to wear a pair of tighty-whities...not amusing.
My Dearest Sweetest Coco,
The picture of you sitting with you back legs out, your booties on and that precious look on your face!
OMD you make me laugh so very hard. Thank you for that laugh, I really needed it! Every time I need a laugh I can look at that pic!
Coco, you are a cutie patootie!
Love you, Tessa
Coco, I happen to like your ears whether they are floppy or not. My ears are floppy most of the time (Mom calls them my happy ears) but I can stand them up when I want to. Our Mom thinks floppy ears are adorable but she loves the large at-attention Chi ears too.
I am sorry about the shoes. The indignity of it all!
Chihuahua kisses,
Bentley
hi coco

Oh Coco you poor girl! I have never had to wear shoes but mom does dress me in clothes but I don't mind cause they keep me warm. Well, there was that dumb witch hat she made me wear last Halloween!

I feel for you! My humans tried those foot thingies on me once and I did a walking handstand! Those things are the worst!
